<p>I ordered a Samsung product from them in November 2016. I was told it would take a week to arrive, after paying in advance. It now seems to be the standard reply from them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say it never arrived. 2 weeks later I was told that Samsung was doing stock taking. Christmas time came and gone. I made weekly inquiries. In January I was told everything was on back order. Towards the middle of January I demanded a refund. I was told they don't do refunds.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid them a visit that afternoon and had to fill in an EFT deposit form. After numerous phone calls and promises I eventually got the refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>TTS has now cured me from ever buying one of my favourite brands, Samsung. Hopefully I never have to deal with them again.</p> <p>Beware!</p>
