Tuckers went above and beyond! Jackie T and Carmen W delivered the fastest bond registration we’ve ever experienced—absolutely record-breaking! They kept us informed every step, were meticulous with details, and made the process stress-free. I highly recommend Tuckers for exceptional service!

Dear Tucker’s Incorporated Attorneys, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the handling of my recent transfer. The process has been severely delayed due to repeated, avoidable mistakes that reflect a lack of attention to detail and oversight. At every turn, I encountered errors that should have been caught by even the most basic quality control measures. I am appalled by the way this matter has been managed. Simple administrative or procedural oversights—whether missed deadlines, incorrect documentation, or communication breakdowns—have caused unnecessary stress and frustration. What baffles me most is the apparent absence of safeguards to prevent such issues. For a firm of your reputation, I expected thoroughness and professionalism, not a pattern of carelessness that prolongs what should have been a straightforward process. The delays have had tangible consequences, and I struggle to understand how such lapses could occur without accountability. A client’s trust is built on competence and reliability, both of which were lacking here. I urge your team to implement stronger protocols, double-check work at critical stages, and prioritize clear communication to prevent similar situations for others in the future. While I hope this feedback prompts improvement, the experience has left me deeply dissatisfied. I would appreciate a formal response addressing these concerns and outlining steps to resolve the outstanding issues promptly.

I wish to alert people to the issue I've recently had with a firm of attorney's in Boksburg called Tuckers inc. I must admit that I would never have expected to be penning a complaint about this firm of attorneys. I have dealt with them on previous occasions and always found them to be professional, helpful, extremely diligent and generous with their time and advice, however, I am sad to say no longer is that the case. I paid Tuckers R 15,000 for them to handle a case involving litigation, with the agreement that R 10,000 would follow to make it R 25,000. After 3 months and about 18 emails, all of which remain unanswered, I have not had work done on my matter bar one phone call and one email. I wish to at this stage say I did not hand over the remaining R 10,000 as it was already evident at that stage that the relationship between myself and the firm had broken down. I sent an email last week informing them that I am cancelling their mandate to please supply a final invoice to be taxed and repay the balance of my deposit. They have not even had the decency to respond to that email. I am more than aware of the fact that an attorney is under no obligation what so ever to take your case and undertake any litigation on your behalf, however, to accept a deposit and then cease to even communicate with you regarding the matter and completely ignore your final email where they are informed that their mandate has been cancelled and final invoice requested for settlement displays, in my opinion, both unethical and just downright unprofessional conduct. I dare say that the Law Society could even find this conduct worth sanctioning.
