Outsurance is the best
Been with Outsurance for 26 years. Tried another company on one insured portfolio and quickly realised why Outsurance keep winning their service awards. They really are the best! Easypay, your service sucks!
Two interactions with Easypay and both were DISMAL service! They should be renamed Nopay. No concept of how to help a customer. Trying to sort out a prepaid meter query and no interest to assist. Contact your electricity supplier - the only option available.

Great service from Eskom Prepaid meter section (Western Cape)
Had two interactions now with Eskom call centre regarding a prepaid meter issue in Western Cape. Both times I experienced EXCELLENT service! (I was really blown away by how great they were!) Their agents on both occasions were very polite, helpful and super knowledgeable. Thank you, Eskom!!!

FNB Private Wealth service sucks
FNB Private Wealth - you think you are getting something special. But, here is the real experience: Private Bankers don't reply to requests or calls Service requests don't get responded to. Escalations - ha! You are on your own. Trying Hellopeter now. They offer new products, then fail to enable them when agreeing. Struggling for last few months with terrible service on what is supposed to be their top banking offerings. Desperate for some service...

Master Pine Beds are awful to deal with
The most unreliable guy I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered a custom bed and paid for him to come measure up. Multiple no-show delivery attempts, always followed a few days later by various excuses. To date, we have not received the bed we ordered. My daughter now has no bedroom, so we need to make another plan after yet again being stood up. 😢

Excellent service
Excellent service and price from Andre. Bought a very nice Samsung washer dryer combo machine and Andre went above and beyond to get it to us for a next day delivery. The next day his team arrived and even installed it for us. Thanks Instatronics!
