Tuffy puts their clients First!

I bought a pack of Tuffy Bin Liners and the first one out of the packet was faulty. I wrote to Tuffy Customer services and 23 minutes later the amazing Marketing Assistant Intern, Noxolo Gcanga rep**** to me. That is Customer Service. They asked for certain information which I supp**** and they even offered to send a new packet of bin liners to me. Congratulations to Noxolo and the team leader - 10 STARS!!
