Calamata Olives

My wife and I recently opened a Calamata Olive Pitted pack from Tuna Marine which we often purchase. The olives were added to our usual salad. However the taste of the olives were terrible and we picked the olives out of the salad and added them to the compost heap. I wrote an e-mail to the company giving the packaging/Best before dates. A prompt reply from Lutfie Abrahams, the Production Manager, expressed regret at our disappointment and offered a replacement pack which I naturally accepted and supplied my address. Yesterday a courier delivered a box of replacement products to my home. 3 pitted olives as well as other associated products. A pleasant attitude to a consumer! I'm satisfied and naturally will continue purchasing the product. Well done Tuna Marine and Luftie.
