(#BlackFriday) - A company that goes the extra mile

Tunl is an international shipping company situated in Cape Town, coordinating with courier services like FedEx and UPS. Currently they're available for businesses only, and a great help for small business owners. Their tariffs are very good (much better than when I try to get quotes from the said companies directly!), and when getting an instant online quote, or booking the actual shipment, one usually have options. One can also see via their calculator what the recipient can expect to pay for the import.

Several times I had questions, and each time the staff went out of their way to help and accommodate me. I do find it a bit frustrating and a waste of time to have to first deal with a robotic agent when I have an urgent query, but if I ask to be assisted by a human agent, it happens.

I can highly recommend the services of this company!
