Unfair business practice,My son paid R500 . for a turbo service, quoted R5900 - R4500 We cancelled due to unaffordable cost and asked for a refund. They said no refund, 'favour' to return money however they will see what they can do. They requested us to send Bank details because they don't handle cash ,which was done Since then there's No response after sending bank details. Several calls made always the Secretary says 'will call back' - but nothing Below are the Details: - Date: 1 January 2026 - Amount: R500 deposit - Service: Turbo to Turbo Magnificent, at 27 Louis Trichardt Rd Alberton North.Alberton - No response despite promises I am a Senior Citizen in South Africa I don’t deserve such depressive treatment
