Very disappointed with ABSA Bank Regarding An Overdraft Application and Vehicle Debt Review Status I recently visited an ABSA branch to apply for an overdraft facility. At the first branch I visited, I was informed that there was an issue with my ID. However, when i went to a second branch, my ID was accepted and i was even given a pre-approved overdraft offer. Im now informed that the issue relates to a vehicle that was financed through ABSA in 2015. The vehicle has been fully paid up, and I have the latest settlement letter and all supporting documentation. The final settlement amount was paid directly to ABSA by me personally. I also completed the change of ownership process. Despite this, i have been told that the vehicle is still reflected as being under debt review. This does not make sense, as the vehicle finance was settled in full through ABSA. It looks like no one knows what to do at the branches that I have been (Eastgate) Germiston and New Market Mall. Tried to contact the head office with no luck I kindly request clarification on this matter and assistance in correcting any incorrect records as soon as possible.
Unfair business practice,My son paid R500 . for a turbo service, quoted R5900 - R4500 We cancelled due to unaffordable cost and asked for a refund. They said no refund, 'favour' to return money however they will see what they can do. They requested us to send Bank details because they don't handle cash ,which was done Since then there's No response after sending bank details. Complaint Review – Sanlam (life) Retirement Annuity I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my Sanlam retirement annuity payout has been handled. I turned 55 years on the 20th of November 2025 and completed all the required documentation for my retirement payout, with the payout date confirmed to start from 28 November 2025. I was informed via email that I would receive my payment on 29 December 2025, but no money was paid instead on that date they requested me to send my children's documents of which they should have done that long before. After, I was then given several new dates for payout — 7 January 2026, 9 January 2026, — none of which were honoured. When I contacted Sanlam life again, a consultant named Zolisa Sonjica sent me an email stating that my payout had been made, including an attachment as proof of payment. However, the proof of payment was not mine. It belonged to another client, This is a serious breach of professionalism and confidentiality. This mistake raised my hopes unnecessarily, as I believed I would finally receive my money. Instead, I was sent another person’s private financial information, which is completely unacceptable. This situation has caused me severe emotional distress. I am depending on this money to support my family, including paying school expenses for my child, and I currently have no funds. I have now been told to wait until 19 January 2026, and no clear explanation has been given as to what is happening between 9 January 2025 and 19 January 2025. The continuous delays, incorrect information, and lack of accountability have destroyed my trust in Sanlam and in the consultant handling my case. This conduct is not only unacceptable but also damages the reputation of Sanlam as a financial institution. I believe Zolisa Sonjica must take accountability for sending incorrect and confidential information, and I expect urgent corrective action. I want my payout processed immediately, along with a proper explanation and assurance that such errors will not happen again.
I’m very disappointed with a lady called Zodwa and a guy called Shaeed at Letsatsi finance loans at Mitchels plain branch . We did an application online and we were told all is well money will be paid on the account to find out it was a lie , we were sent from pillar to post very rude Zodwa who is very *********** All along our documents were not processed it was all a lie . Very disappointed , were inconvenienced by the lies we were told even now . No one knowns anything.

I have been ****med by Makro online after purchasing a wifi router that never worked its been 2months iv asked for a refund no one has sad anything and what's worse is when I write a review here they lie and say they have responded privately No one has ever called or sent any email to me I lost my money and I don't have a router such a big brand ****ming an ordinary mother of four it is a shame ...
Makro has traumatized me, it's been 2months since I bought router that did not work the same day. No one has bothered to give me my refund, I am a mother of 4 that money can go to my children needs but Makro has ****** me of my hard work money.
Makro online is selling **** goods , I purchased a baby chair and a wireless router online Makro , non of the items are in good condition . The chair is not what it is all and the router Didi not switch on at all. I requested a refund on both items of which it took them 10 days for them to collect after I have called many times mins you I have a new born baby I don’t need so much stress. It’s been 5 days I have been calling for feedback since they collected no one has sad anything, I have not received any communication, no email no phone calls nothing and every time when I call them no one knows anything. Instead today on the 23rd April 2025 I’m receiving delivery the chair is back , how I don’t know….. I am very frustrated with Makro online I need my refund but no one cares such a big brand ****ming me like this.

Ohh my God I don't know where to start, we have not had internet for the past 5days Mweb and Metrofibre are saying they don't know what is the problem and they don't have estimated day or time of restoration. We are buying data that is very expensive kids can't do their school work. We can work from home . It's very bad the anxiety is killing us. Can someone please help from Metrofibre or Mweb.
