TurboDirect SA, Passing the buck when it comes to claims!!!!

TurboDirect SA Supp**** me with a brand-new turbo with a manufacturing defect, this resulted in additional cost to remove, repair and refit. Now passing the buck to the manufacturer to recover my additional cost. TurboDirect showed a lack of accountability with this matter, passing the buck does not resolve the issue, maybe its *********** management
