Faulty products, bad customer support.
I bought a fireplace from Turbovent last year. As we didn't have a cold winter last year the fireplace was barely used. This winter however when using the fireplace, we realized that the fireplace is not working or heating the area as promised but the advertising on their website. After 3 back and forths with Turbovent to try rectify the problem we still have the faulty fireplace and no answer from Turbovent. After spending over R16k you would expect better service. Please either take the unit out and refund me or replace with something that works.

We have assisted best way possible with the complaint and been back and fourth at our own expense. Unfortunately, the unit chosen did not work for the application at hand although the heat output was sufficient for the space you supplied. This has since been resolved in a Refund of goods to client.
