I bought a fireplace from Turbovent last year. As we didn't have a cold winter last year the fireplace was barely used. This winter however when using the fireplace, we realized that the fireplace is not working or heating the area as promised but the advertising on their website. After 3 back and forths with Turbovent to try rectify the problem we still have the faulty fireplace and no answer from Turbovent. After spending over R16k you would expect better service. Please either take the unit out and refund me or replace with something that works.
