I have contacted several companies to install my fireplace and very few bothered to get back to me. Turbovent immediately responded sending out a person to access the property and quote the installation. I was a bit irate because installation took longer that I would have liked, but bearing in mind that we have gone through the heaviest load shedding in years. Natasha the sales manager immediately addressed my concern and made sure that I was kept up-to-date on the progress of my order. I dealt with Luca, who accessed the property, Thulie who arranged installation and as mentioned above Natasha. In this day and age it is difficult to trust companies, especially when you have to pay a substantial deposit upfront. I would certainly recommend Turbovent, based on my dealings with them.
