Great service. Mohau gave support from telephonic diagnosis, packaging of the laptop, which courier, up until he solved the problem in less than a week... Big ups. And his prices are very competitive and affordable

Hello, I have had one of the worst experiences with my fibre service provider, Turning point it solutions. When I signed up for fibre with this company, they advertised that there are no contracts because it's on a month to month basis. I have had several interruptions with the service and decided to cancel, but when I notified them, I was told that I couldn't do that before six months, so I waited six months and notified them in March2020 that I would like to cancel at the end of April, which would be seven months of service. I had notified them that my last payment will be on the 31March 2020, for the month of April. But I am constantly reminded that no cancellation was received, even though I had forwarded it to them four times. I once again am told that my service is not terminated, because they cannot see any dates on my email, even though the dates are specified in the email. I have reason to believe that this company is desperate to retain their clients, no matter what. Their refusal to cancel my service, does not allow another fibre company, like mweb, to sign me on as a client. I will not recommend anyone who needs fibre to get it via Turning point It Solutions, besides, their premiums are much higher than their competitors.

Even though my email service provider successfully filters most spam messages, some still manage to get through to my inbox. However, even though it is irritating to get unsolicited mail, most are offering a product or service that I am able to use. i.e. it exists. It isn’t often that I get an offer for a product or service that is not available. Turning Point IT Solutions offered me an attractive choice of internet fibre packages, differing in price depending on connection speeds. Only problem? Fibre is not available where I live. Surely, if you are going to offer a product to a potential client, you should first determine whether that product is available before offering it? Or am I missing something?
