On 23 April 2018 I placed an order for a product known as “Latin Pants” with the sales team of Turning Point. I received a sales order on 24 April 2018 and made the necessary payment.
I provided exact measurements and also explained that the pants were needed for a show that my son was dancing in on 13 May 2018. It was confirmed by Rowina that I would receive the pants well before this date. I followed up on this order frequently, but only received the pants on 12 May 2018. When I opened the package, I noted that the size of the pants was incorrect (I ordered a 73cm waist and received a 92cm waist). In addition, the pants were not as advertised on the website and of a very low quality.
I phoned Rowina at Turning Point immediately and explained the situation. She said that she would arrange for the collection of the pants and a full refund. The pants were collected and received by Turning Point on 18 May 2018.
I have been following up on the refund twice a week via email and phone calls since 18 May 2018. I am given a new excuse every time.
I have also attempted to contact the CEO of the company, but my phone calls and emails remain unanswered.
