The games and David (support consultant) ruined my experience with Tusk Casino
Tusk casino seemed to be a good casino. It had plenty of popular games found on most booking sites. However when trying to play most of these games it gives an error code. When speaking to a support consultant on their live chat on their site to solve the matter. The consultant you’ll always speak is David I don’t know if it was my luck or if he’s the only support consultant. He is very impatient, far from helpful and gets frustrated with you for asking for help and says one needs to get VPN to be able to play them games. I got different VPNs trying to play their games and it still failed. He would leave the chat when it suited him and would not apologise for his behaviour. Before using them think twice or thrice.

TOOK MY MONEY AND DIDNT ALLOCATE IT TO MY CASINO ACCOUNT
DONT USE THIS SITE!!! I deposited money, the money left my account but didn't reflect on their site. I emailed proof of payment to them and they told me the deposit was 'declined'. They wont accept my proof of payment????? I asked how do I escalate my query as the money has left my account and they need to allocate it or refund me..... No reply. No one is interested in resolving my complaint.
