TuYu WiCode Payment Declining

I can not make payments using the TuYu WiCode - I have sent emails to the support email. First email was sent at 9 it's now 12 pm - still no assistance from TuYu Support department.

With an account balance of R 647.68 - still can't make payments.

It was said system was down, but fixed - restarted my phone and tried paying at two of their merchants. Still declining payments.
