Recently won a competition at Yfm, sent all documents and proof needed to claim prize money - nothing has been done. The email of tge prize department now say they out of office and that it might take 8 weeks! YFM COMPETITIONS ARE ALWAYS PROBLEMATIC WHEN ITS TIME TO GIVE PEOPLE THEIR PRIZES!
• THE DATE IS 27 NOV 2024 - I ORDERED KFC (A MILKSHAKE, A ROLL, STREETWISE TWO). • KFC PHUMULA ROODEKOP ACCEPTED MY ORDER KNOWING VERY WELL THEY DIDN'T HAVE A "MILKSHAKE". • TO MY UNDERSTANDING, KFC HAS TO INFORM ME ABOUT ANYTHING NOT ON ORDER. • THEY INSTRUCTED THE DRIVER TO INFORM ME AND ACCORDING TO THE DRIVER THEY MADE HIM REPORT TO ME - WITH THE ULTINATUM THAT THEY WILL DELAY HIM. • THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND THEY TEND TO MAKE THE UBER EATS DRIVERS LIFES A LEAVIBG HEAL. • THEY ENDED UP GIVING ME A DRINK AS OPPOSE TO A MILKSHAKE. • A DRINK WAY LESS THAN MY ORDERED DRINK!
It's the second time I've ordered at Nandos in Bruma and they didn't give me one item of the order. I ordered a can Spier wine and the cashier put in a whole bottle of Spier and only realised after I've paid - which came across as done on purpose. First time I thought I might have forgotten the item - but on the 5th of November 2024 I went to get quarter chicken, salad and rolls. Only to have my quarter chicken not given to me.
I would like to send a shoutout message to KFC at Phumula in Germiston. 1. Their standards of customer service and their staff are top-tier. One of the most proactive people/team I have recently visited their shop. 2. Their response to customers complaints is very helpful and they have been very impressive!
I can not make payments using the TuYu WiCode - I have sent emails to the support email. First email was sent at 9 it's now 12 pm - still no assistance from TuYu Support department. With an account balance of R 647.68 - still can't make payments. It was said system was down, but fixed - restarted my phone and tried paying at two of their merchants. Still declining payments.
I entered a Nandos competition and on the 8th of March 2024 they sent an email saying I have won a R1000 TuYu voucher. And they had promised to send winners the voucher before or within 10 days. Its been more than 11 days now. And as a winner no voucher has been sent to me. This is the second competition I win and the prize is not sent. Nandos is making money from charging sms to enter competition and not providing the prize - this needs to be looked into, they are not being honest and this is not a good business practise.
