This is about my father, who is currently a lecturer at Esaiyidi Tvet College, Kostad campus.. He obtained his degree from Unisa in 2019 and graduated in May 2020. He then submitted his documents to HR which is based in Port Shepstone for possible incentive for his qualification, nothing happened to his Notch salary, he then decided to write a letter to Blade Nzimande and unfortunately there was no response, he went to the Provincial Office which is based in Pietermaritzburg where they informed him there was nothing captured by HR in Port Shepstone, he then went back to Port Shepstone and they assured him that they will escalate the matter and on the 15th of April his incentive will be paid to him. Up to today his still waiting and there is no explanation from HR and what worries him the most is that his going on his retirement in September 2022, have already received the letter, but unable to complete the retirement forms because calculation will be done on my current notch which was supposed to revised in 2020...all my father is asking for is to be help, people must do their jobs properly and provide feedback to the person you are helping. Help people the way you would like to be helped.. Even Pietermaritzburg was suppose to take initiative not let a 65 year old go back and forth
