****** and bad customer treatment at 24motors Piet Retief
I booked my 2016 Ford Figo 1.5 trend for blower mulfunction at 24 motors Piet Retief in Mpumalanga and the treatment i got there is so bad and ****** to say the least..I payed for the blower that worked while the car was at the workshop and stopped working same day afterwards..The workshop manager tells me he has more important customers than me when i raise the issue of them charging for something that stopped working the same day. The Ford Customer care line also does not assist much to say the least.

The client was at our workshop on 23/09/2021 for programming on his heater fan. Now almost two years later he comes back and complains that his heater fan is still not working.
We said he should leave the vehicle with us so we can see what's wrong. He didn't want to, he wanted us to supply him with the parts for free so that he could fix the vehicle himself.
We explained to him that we can't do it that way, he has to bring the vehicle in so we can do a daignostic. After many arguments, he brought in the vehicle and we made a quote on the vehicle and gave it to the client.
We also took photos of the vehicle as all the wires were broken and the vehicle was also bumped at the front.
I cannot see that we can be held responsible for something that was clearly not caused by our technicians. Unfortunately, we can't do much about the fact that our words are twisted and used just to suit the client.
