Good Day I sent a complaint email to: consumercare@twinsaver.co.za, on 28 October regarding the seal of the Disinfecta Personal Care Wet Wipes. Sandile Magagula responded to me on 29 Oct, even addressing me by wrong name. I have been following up but to no avail. Please look on the other toilet rolls for the batch number. • A physical address is required for a sample collection to further investigate on the quality of the product. • Kindly provide the date, store and amount spent on the product. A suitable time range(08:00-17:00) and date (Monday to Friday) for sample collection. Picture of the defective product from different angles. I walked in at one of their branches in Kliprivier,spoke to security from IMvula who told me I can't go inside unless I have an appointment,fair enough but who do I talk to about making an appointment the security cared less,eventually one staff member finaly showed up and she promised to get me information about the appoand and we waited for over an hour just to get that information,finally this other guy decided to assist us and get us the information we needed. The security guards at your premises don't care about your business I don't think you need people like that around.

The 1 ply toilet paper is now a different paper. Now most companies are cutting costs and quality at the consumers expense. I never took notice till this week when I used it my strawberry pudding started burning. I had thought previously it's because I bought from our local shop maybe they sell inferior product. However this I bought from shoprite hhaybo.

I have never had to write about Nampak on any level but they have put in place currently a very *********** HR Manager ( called Dominic in the Belville branch who does not know anything about the job she is doing. She has delayed my Mother's Retirement fund from Sanlam because of such incompetence and not knowing how to do her Job. Such behaviour is not exceptable. I need a senior at Twinsaver to tell me how can such a person be put in such a role. These are people's life's we are talking about does this mean the company does not care about their employees.

I have been purchasing Twin Saver 3 Ply toilet rolls for about 5 years now. 3 days ago I found that the perforations on the toilet rolls were offset and bigger. Also on some toilet rolls there was little perforations making it difficult to use, hence causing wastage. Upon further investigation I noticed that the 3 ply wasn't 3 Ply, but 2 Ply I sent an email with photos to show proof of my experience to Twinsaver. Got an email from agent interrogating me regarding my report. I will move forward and use a different brand moving forward Very disappointed customer 😒

Shoddy kitchen towel. Never tears around apparent perforation so you end up with a torn piece of paper in your hand regardless of how careful you are. Shame on them. Will never buy their product again.
