Twin Appliances - 1 star is a star too many

I called an appliance repair company Twin Appliances – owner arrived at my house – told me AEG washing machine must be taken away for quote - I did not accept quote (almost R1500 to replace water inlet valves!) – requested return of AEG which was agreed to – still waiting for my machine after nearly a month – no reply to my messages or phone calls ☹

When I initially contacted this man he was at my home almost immediately. He is located in Melville but told me that he would be in my area on Wednesday and Saturday last week and would deliver my machine back to me (after earnest request by me) - this did not happen. My husband has now called him (politely) and he received a very rude reception. The man said that he only travels to the north every few months and that we will have to fetch the machine should we want it bac****!! OK now this is getting serious: - he says that I owe him R550 to deliver it back - I refused! so he now says (excuse the awful grammar it is a quote:''it now belongs to me until I get paid u can't take a car from a garage or a appliance from a shop without payment they will tell you that so pls go like I said I have had people trying that with me with NO success believe me waiting for there call and now u owe me storage too so will probably be around R900''
