Asked Marius to repair my Samsung top-loader. I told him what I thought the problem was with the machine. Machine was collected on 14/2. 23/2 still no response from him. My wife called and messaged him on WA. No response. The next day I phone him. Tells me that he is struggling to find anew motherboard. We wait. By the 28/2 we had just decided to buy a new machine. I Messaged him on WA and explained the situation. I asked him to return the machine. 1/3 he responds and tells me that he will return it during the week. 14/3 Still no machine. Message him again. Get told that he isn't in the area. Why don't I come and fetch it myself. Zero service. Zero communication. How he is still in business, is beyond my understanding. I agree with some other reviews here. He is a thief. No email, but this is the numbers he uses: 0799368280 and 0715016151

The guy is a thief, repairs last for not even 30days, damages the machine upon delivery promises to fix it, never does. 28 days later machine has same fault, he collects and then wants to charge a hefty repair charge again. Then simply never return the machine. Rude abrasive and an outright thief Stay away from him !!

If you are offered a (refurbished) Siemens Siwamat XLM 1060 washing machine by Marius or any of his representatives, be advised that it is very likely that - based on an exchange of SMSs - the machine is my property. https://www.siemens-home.bsh-group.com/za/supportdetail/product/WXLM1060ZA/04 On Tuesday 17 November I texted Marius asking him to "Please return the [non-working] machine and we will donate to charity." Marius's reply the same day was "Ok will do so in the week sometime" and it is reasonable to assume that this meant that the machine would be returned to me by Saturday 21 November. To date [Sunday, 29 November] the machine has not been returned.

We all need to save money now. About 2 years ago I called Mario to ask him about my fridge. He did not rush out to me, but instead asked me the problem and directed me to the solution. It did not need a call out. My oven gave in the other day and I called an appliance place who quoted me a call out fee. I soon after that got a reply from Mario telling me what the problem could be, and saying he would like to save me money, as he would not charge a call out fee. He also assured me that the price for the replacement would be better. He came out almost immediately (had a look), and said he would return Monday with the part. He did so, and saved me a lot of trouble, and money. I am grateful for people in the service industry with hearts and compassion (knowing my situation). My oven was up and running in no time!

Marius said he could repair my Elba oven. Didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Broke a selector knob and never bothered to tell me. Didn’t bring a replacement as promised. Really I think he tried to scam me as after the thermostat replacement there was no change. Second time he replaced the thermostat under my watchful eye but a second repairman confirmed he used a cheap, incorrect part so I’ve paid twice

I called an appliance repair company Twin Appliances – owner arrived at my house – told me AEG washing machine must be taken away for quote - I did not accept quote (almost R1500 to replace water inlet valves!) – requested return of AEG which was agreed to – still waiting for my machine after nearly a month – no reply to my messages or phone calls ☹ When I initially contacted this man he was at my home almost immediately. He is located in Melville but told me that he would be in my area on Wednesday and Saturday last week and would deliver my machine back to me (after earnest request by me) - this did not happen. My husband has now called him (politely) and he received a very rude reception. The man said that he only travels to the north every few months and that we will have to fetch the machine should we want it bac****!! Marius Esterhuizen from Twins (Twin Appliances in Melville) The following is to be found on HelloPeter: https://www.hellopeter.com/twins-appliance-repairs/reviews/bad-service-and-took-money-2312367 He is huge and RUDE! OK now this is getting serious: - he says that I owe him R550 to deliver it back - I refused! so he now says (excuse the awful grammar it is a quote:''it now belongs to me until I get paid u can't take a car from a garage or a appliance from a shop without payment they will tell you that so pls go like I said I have had people trying that with me with NO success believe me waiting for there call and now u owe me storage too so will probably be around R900''
