Turns out the element is too hot, and Marius refuses to change it to the correct one. Oh well, many burnt cakes, and a lot of disappointment.
We all need to save money now. About 2 years ago I called Mario to ask him about my fridge. He did not rush out to me, but instead asked me the problem and directed me to the solution. It did not need a call out. My oven gave in the other day and I called an appliance place who quoted me a call out fee. I soon after that got a reply from Mario telling me what the problem could be, and saying he would like to save me money, as he would not charge a call out fee. He also assured me that the price for the replacement would be better. He came out almost immediately (had a look), and said he would return Monday with the part. He did so, and saved me a lot of trouble, and money. I am grateful for people in the service industry with hearts and compassion (knowing my situation). My oven was up and running in no time!
I would like to commend Lucinda Mashele. I had a problem with one of the Momentum panel beaters relating to the amount to fix my car. Lucinda put us on a three-way call, and after much discussion, called the conversation to solution finding. He protected me as the Momentum customer, and said he would take care it for me. Really more than I could have expected! I am waiting on his email to confirm the solution.
