This guy is a proper ****ster. Uses old, almost broken parts to repair app**** and then stops responding to messages and calls. Stay very clear of him. He needs to wear orange overalls

Absolutely shocking service. They make you do payment before actioning anything and then 3 hours later advise that their driver has already past your destination for collection of a parcel that needed URGENT delivery. Shocking service with very poor communication.
After dealing with FNB private wealth for years I have finally had enough. Please FNB, stop making it your slogan that you are there to help your clients. When the client has money you are knocking on their doors for business but as soon as the table turns and one needs help you come up with excuses about a system generated response. Don't banks have people making decisions anymore??? I have decided to move my homeloan and all other accounts to a bank that will actually look after their clients.
<p>We have installed Vodacom fibre to home at our house and after signing up for the 20mb/second line, battled with Vodacom ever since. Our speeds ranges between 0,5mb to max 15mb but at an average of 5mb. Vodacom has been contacted on numerous times but they keep making promises to have it sorted out. I got tired of contacting a Mr Adriaan Klopper to cancel this contract, remive the hardware from my house and restore my property to the way it was. Until now, (two months later) I am still battling to get them out here. Absolutely shocking service. After canceling my cellphone contract and moving to Cell C, I can see that this service provider clearly misuses their customers, unlike the good service I have received from Cell C. </p>
After numerous emails and complaints about a vehicle that was bought through Wesbank (who appointed Titleguard to inspect the vehicle for damages and future accidents) Wesbank refuses to uplift a deal. The vehicle was bought in May last year after Titleguard and Webank ensured me that the vehicle is accident free ( a service they offer and also charge a good buck for it). After I took delivery of the vehicle it was pointed out to me that the vehicle has been in a major crash or roll over before. Within 5 days of delivery I cancelled the deal only to have to battle with Wesbank for months now.They withheld a report from a panelbeater from me because it clearly stated that the vehicle was in an accident. I managed to get a copy of this report and to their shock I pointed it out to them. Wesbank then requested that the vehicle goes for another Toyota approved panelbeater who gave a very in detail report stating the same. Wesbank now says that the vehicle is fit for the purpose it was bought for. WESBANK PLEASE TELL ME WHY I WILL BUY A VEHICLE THAT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT????? I have now sent this report to the Ombudsman and would like to warn people against this service.
In May this year I approached Wesbank to purchase a secondhand vehicle privately knowing that they appoint Titleguard to inspect the vehicle properly. I had to pay an extra fee with pleasure thinking that they will inspect the vehicle and giving me peace of mind. Firstly the experience started off badly with their communication skills being bad, they asked the seller to take the vehicle to a Bosch centre in Richards Bay which he didn't, he took it to a GWM shop and got a report which was clearly not done properly as the report showed there was no rust or dents on the vehicle as well as other discrepancies. After taking delivery of the vehicle it was pointed out to me by a reputable panelbeater as well as a Toyota salesman that the vehicle was in either a roll over or a T-bone accident. I tried to return the vehicle but until now had numerous emails and attempts with no luck. Title guard cannot be trusted and I still cannot understand how Wesbank can appoint these guys to assist their loyal customers. Surely something must be done about this. People put their trust in these companies to assist and not being ripped off. Beware Wesbank customers, beware.

After taking delivery of the vehicle I took the vehicle to a reputable panelbeater to remove two small spots of rust on the bonnet. When I arrived at the panelbeater, he immediately pointed out to me that the vehicle had either been in a roll over or a t-bone accident to the left side of the vehicle.. none of this was pointed out to me by Titleguard or the seller, I would never have bought this vehicle if I knew it was in an accident prior. Since then I have been sending photos of proof to Wesbank and Titleguard. Wesbank took the vehicle to a panelbeater and sent me an email stating they want to establish when the accident happened, before or after I purchased the vehicle. Since then they now state that I was aware of the damages and they will therefore not uplift the vehicle. I still haven't received the panelbeater's report after numerous requests as my lawyer needs it. I haven't had such bad experience with a company like this. One would think that they would support their customers
My personal banker sent my new fuel card on this courier service. First my email stated that the delivery would happen between a certain time ie: 9 to 11. The driver then phoned me 45 minutes after the latest time with a bad attitude and telling me that he cannot find my office. I told him that I will meet him at a garage about 5km away from my office. He phoned me two minutes later asking why i am not there yet. I got there with only my drivers license only to find out that he would not give it to me because I didnt have a copy. I sent him back and said they shoulkd return the card to FNB. A week or so later CCD phoned me and apologised profusely and promised to deliver it this morning between 9 and 11. They even phoned at 8:25 to say that the driver will be here before 9h00. He pitched up at 9h20 and when he got given the copy of my drivers he refused to give me the card. Never in my life will I use this service and I hope FNB takes notice of this. Oh and CCD please don't contact me to resolve this matter. You are not capable enough!!!
