I had an absolutely abysmal experience with Eagle Express. They were entrusted with delivering a critical shipment essential for an important tender that closed on Friday. However, despite their assurances, the materials never arrived on time. This failure has caused significant professional repercussions, including our inability to participate in the tender and resulting in substantial losses. Eagle Express's inability to deliver as promised reflects a complete disregard for customer needs and a lack of professionalism. Their negligence has not only caused inconvenience but has also damaged our reputation and credibility. I strongly advise against using Eagle Express for any important deliveries. Their failure to fulfill their commitments has demonstrated a severe lack of reliability and competence. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Eagle Express at all costs. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering Eagle Express's services.

Terrible service. Damaged our furniture, they don't answer your calls. Tell us we didn't pack our stuff in boxes but they took the list with the box numbers when they collected. Most boxes wet and damaged. We even received boxes thats not ours.

Worst experience ever when I was moving from Richards Bay to Johannesburg, never trust this company because they will sell you lies and deceit, after having collected my furniture in a 14ton truck and having neatly packed it, I was sure I will get my goods in the same condition when it arrives in Johannesburg. To my surprise not only did they throw my furniture into a smaller truck, an employee stole my Playstation 4, my furniture was damaged and scratched, mirrors and glass ornaments broken and TV was left behind at their warehouse. After 6 months of trying to get reimbursed for my Playstation the company sent me from pillar to post changing responsible parties and not wanting to take accountability and the Director and shareholder Derick Ramlochan is just as worse as his employees as he refuses to take my calls or step in to resolve the matter. NEVER use the services, worst customer experience ever!

I was recommended to use this company by Forever Furry based in Kimberley to transport a bulldog puppy to my home in Johannesburg. I was required to pay R9000 for a transport carrier which I paid immediately. I was then informed that I needed to pay a further R15000 for travel insurance which I paid immediately. I was then informed that the puppy was in transit and that I must check my emails. The documents received could not be opened (Obviously) and was informed that I need to pay another R28600 for a city permit before they could deliver. None of these requirements were explained to me from the onset of this exercise and I have now been told that the puppy with be repatriated to Kimberley to a shelter after Ive already paid the deposit of R3000 for him. This experience dealing with Mr V Mafunda info@eaglenetexpresscourier.co.za, Mobile: +27 60 595 9962 has been extremely difficult indeed and we are now taking legal action against them for miscommunication and fraud if the puppy or monies are not refunded to me immediately.

They collected 2 x double beds, 1 x Hisense Fridge and 1 x Top loader washing machine from my late mom's retirement home in Centurion to Empangeni. Was never on time as per schedule. They were very quick to say oh NO insurance or even wrapping. So we wrapped it properly and yet my fridge is damaged at the bottom. The fridge is solid and heavy. For that kind of damage they had to hit it so hard that it dented badly. Will never use them again or recommend them to anyone

Eagle Express loaded my furniture in Lephalale to offload the next day in Richards Bay. I had to pay the full amount agreed on before they could load my stuff. When they opened the truck, we saw that they never use any form of ropes or blankets to secure the furniture. My big mirror was broken, the bonsai tree was in pieces, my fridge was damaged and most of my wood furniture was scratched. The staff was complaining that they are hungry and tired and took there time to offload. They offloaded most of the stuff in the garage with no care at all. It looked liked they litterly through the stuff in. I took pictures and send it to Wayne. He promised to come see us on Monday, needless to say he never pitched. He is now ignoring all our calls.
