Wow what can I say in this era of service delivery been bad. Koos De Beer from OOBA thank you for your excellent service and having the patience and understanding to build our approval around our needs. That is what service is all about to be able to assess and assist your clients need. I will with no doubt rfer any person I meet to u for follow up business Koos.
Below Bad Customer Services. Terrible at responding to queries. They do not come back to a client even after phoning them Multiple times. Keep on making empty Promises.
<p>We bought two Used Hyundai verhicles two weeks ago from Hyundai Weltevredenpark. Both with low milage and their 120 p[oint checks done. We have breturened both verhicles within the first day with technical problems.</p> <p> </p> <p>The I10 we had to return for paint comi9ng off which is very problaematic as it must have been resprayed. 30 000km. The I20 developed an oil leak 29700km and they can only assist us next Thursday. hyundai SA is this the quality of verhicles you want to sell or is it just the lack of service and trust at this dealership. I am waiting for feedback from Hyundai Sa.</p>
