What's even more disheartening is that the service, which I initially thought would improve, has only gotten worse. I've been fighting for resolution, but I'm at a point where I just want this to be over. I still cannot recommend this service to anyone. In fact, I've had better service from the RAIN team. I have been ignored by these people for over 2 weeks. they are quick to send me notifications for payments and make me accept debit orders but when I want the info I require from them then there is nothing but zzzz I am growing increasingly angry why can't someone just tell me they are working on it or give me what I need. if I had known it was going to be such a hassle I would have gone with another institute cause seriously.
I have now called these people like 7 times and each time nobody can advise me on my questions. And the call has been cut off like 5 times. Sick of this service.
These people signed me up with a GAP cover that had no name takes off almost R400 off my account for months now and every time i want to cancel it nobody can tell me who the hell keeps taking my money every month. this is ridiculous. im tired of being directed to every person who know nothing about whats going on. unacceptable and unprofessional.
