Worst experience ever
Move on Cresta. Bought a pair of shoes, they were too small and I returned it the next day. They refused to give a refund because the shoes was on special. Almost everything in store was on special, that is really bad customer service. I fitted one in store but when I got home I tried both, the soles was so hard the shoe could not bend and really uncomfortable to walk in. They would not assist and just saying I must email.

Worst service
Terrible service. Damaged our furniture, they don't answer your calls. Tell us we didn't pack our stuff in boxes but they took the list with the box numbers when they collected. Most boxes wet and damaged. We even received boxes thats not ours.

Worst service ever
2 months now waiting for my refund. Only response now for 2 months is that it was marked as urgency. First they tell me it was processed on the 14th October then they say it was marked for urgency. Worst experience ever. First and last time to order on Snatcher. Out of stock - 305613

Waiting for refund for months
I ordered on 31 August, the fairy lights was out of stock and I asked for a refund. Today 18 October I'm still waiting for my refund, every time I follow up I'm told there is a backlog and they will mark it as urgent. Now since Monday I'm told I have to wait for funds to show. This is the worst service especially since it was my first order.

Bad service
Cartrack has been debiting my account with random amounts, nobody from accounts phone you and absolute shocking customer service.
