Seen an item listed on FB marketplace. Enquirer and turns out it’s an item available at Cash Crusaders Newton Park Gqeberha. Item listed at a price I requested a slightly lower price due to my having to arrange courier to Jhb. Person agreed and then when I called the store and spoke with Manager Nicholas he refused to honor the price. Asked him to check with his salesperson and the outcome was that he tells me to pay the salesperson for the item personally if I trust him and that salesperson can pay instore for the item. I asked for banking denials so o could pay store direct but manager refused since he was making salesperson pay the shortfall of R70 on the listed vs agreed price. Manager refuses to take my calls and salesperson says he doesn’t know how this would work.
The clowns drop leaflets in my area, i download the app, only to be advised they don’t service my area. Tel number simply doesn’t get answered, online query you get asked for address and email address then NO Reply anyway. They’re a complete and utter waste of time. Their FB page is littered with unhappy customers who simply can’t get any assistance from them AT ALL !
KWIKOT 300L geyser fitted and it didn’t last for 7 months. Warranty claim processed and on two occasions they gave two different reasons why they will not honour the claim. Behind the scenes it turns out they are battling with stock of 300L geysers and haven’t had stock at KWIKOT for over 4months. Truly an ********* bunch. Be warned, rather go with an Ariston or Heattech geyser where there is no nonsense come warranty claim time.
Numerous Items incorrectly priced on the shelf manager and owner admit to this and tells customer to check the barcodes 🤷🏻♂️. They simply told me to **** off as I’m not getting the goods as they were priced on the shelf.
These clowns take your money as per arrangement but simply don't care to fulfil their end of the deal. I have have almost zero fibre connectivity for some weeks now. called them on 26 April, to log the complaint and since then they simply play a game of passing the buck with Vumatel. Ive been calling them almost daily and messaging them too only to get brushed off with empty promises. meantime they take their monthly service fee !! cannot get through their reception to speak to either their Mr Parenzee (Ops Head) nor Sean Nourse (Their CEO). Everyday brings new a stale empty promises of Wandile to call me and everyday turns into a week of zero assistance from them!! At some point I'm told to plug unplug check test and troubleshoot whilst they blame vumatel for my problem, vumatel simply doesn't give a **** either since I'm not their client and I don't pay them. WEBAFRICA YOU NEED TO SORT OUT MY PROBLEM !!!
The guy is a thief, repairs last for not even 30days, damages the machine upon delivery promises to fix it, never does. 28 days later machine has same fault, he collects and then wants to charge a hefty repair charge again. Then simply never return the machine. Rude abrasive and an outright thief Stay away from him !!
