Refusal to cancel insurance cover

I am cancelling my insurance cover and my broker with you guys is dragging his fit. I have sent him emails and still not responding. If I am debited by you guys I will want my money refunded as I initiated the cancellation in September so that my new cover starts in October and his refusal is not welcomed.
