I went there to reedem my voucher that I've been got from pesi R5800 then I told them I'll will come back with a transport when I came back they said my stuff it's no longer on system any more when they do saviliance cameras they see I didn't take my stuff so by that way nothing they can do they didn't give my stuff until today

Hi can you please assist me with Twk Agriculture insurance,they refuse to pay my house breaking claim .since last year December .so today i decided to ask them how far with my claim .they just said they cant pay me since I didnt have the bucler doors at my house and when I joint 8 years ago I told them I dont have bucler doors. Please assist.

I am cancelling my insurance cover and my broker with you guys is dragging his fit. I have sent him emails and still not responding. If I am debited by you guys I will want my money refunded as I initiated the cancellation in September so that my new cover starts in October and his refusal is not welcomed. Policy: MK****02 Thanks

Today is a very sad day that i had to give Toyota a negative review but i feel it should be done . i bought a 2014 Land Cruiser FJ 79 4.5 V8 D/C not long ago and its was a pleasure driving this car until now . Not long ago i started getting issues on it where the clutch started slipping in 4th gear . i took it in to my local dealership and had it fixed under warranty . 15000km later and the issue is back . Spoke to my dealership and got told that my warranty has expired almost 4 months ago without anyone letting me know that it has expired or it will expire soon . Best of all my 50000 km service was done at the time it almost expired and not even then was i told . Now that the issue is back on my car they tell me sorry but toyota only covers the clutch once and now it is out of there hands and sorry but by the way your car is no longer under warranty . This is bulls### in my eyes why should this be my problem ? One thing that i do not understand is the day i took it in for the clutch replacement the mechanic on the floor told me that they are only changing the pressure plate which does not count as a clutch replacement ? As I am also a mechanic but in aviation and this does not make sense cause normally you would change the clutch , pressure plate and release bearing ? Look bottom line is there negligence is now costing me a fortune where if i knew my warranty is about to expired i would have gotten a 8 year extended warranty for just over R16k but now it will cost me +- R11k every two years cause my car is out of warranty for more than 3 months plus a new clutch of +- R25K. Seems like nowadays it about who you know at toyota and how many cars do you buy from them and only then will they jump if you ask for something . I've been waiting almost 1 year and 3 months for my money to be paid back to me regarding a claim. Their excuse is that it is my word against the other party's word and therefore they are not going to pursue the case.

<p>twk insure has the poorest service ever , changes the funeral policy premiums as they please and then have the cheeck to tell you either you pay it or loose your previous paid premiums.</p> <p> </p> <p>will never suggest any one to get a policy from them</p>
