LOWVELD HOSPITAL
This was a AMAZING experience. On our arrival we were met at the door by friendly staffmembers, leading us through the admission proses and explaind all the detail so that even my 10year old could understand. The inward staff was unbelievably friendly, helpfull and they made us all feel so comfortable and @home. Before we got there My wife was very uncomfortable leaving our son allone for the night after his opp, but after what we experienced from our entrance that morning we could leave our child with pice of mind and no worries at all. NOTHING was to much effort!! not fetching water, or extra blankets !! The food was Fresh and tasty, a little bit on the short side for a teenager but, but when are they not hungry! and it so clean, neat and very well maintained!! Thank you all

Bestmed the best medical by far!
My son went for a AC legement reconstruction. I am on the Beat1 Network plan so i made myself ready for a BIG shortfall members payment!! Well to my surprise a R1500 extra payment to the annestesianist and ZERO payment towards the hospital claims was the only extra payment i needed to cover! WOW what a pleasurable experience to be helped by profesional people from the word go! Thank you so much!

Poor service or deliberate ???
Dear Sir, My name is Lawrence Mac Gregor I recently took my Kia Sorento for its last service on the service plan. I complained about my vehicle pulling to the right when accelerating and when you release the accelerator it swerves to the left. i asked them to check the shocks and the bushes for it was very unpleasant to drive like that. the reply was " There is nothing wrong with the bushes we checked it all. your tyres are not road tyres they are offroad tyres thats why your car does that" Now two months later i couldnt stand this dangerous tricks which my car was making. I pulled into a Safety tyre outlet and asked them to have a look. the outcome:on the left the lower control arm ball joint is worn out on the right the lower control arm bush is worn out badly The attendant showed me and it was so obvious that even i could see that is was worn out. Now the Question??? Why did Kia Nelspruit tell me there was nothing wrong, but a superQuick attendant can show me the problem??? besides the fact that my vehicle is now 14days out of maintenance plan, i will think twice before EVER returning my vehicle there for even a simple oil change. I am so dissapointed in Kia Nelspruit i wish a can do something to wake them up. Regards Lawrence

Great service at Licensing department
From the door man right up to the teller are capable friendly staff. Speedy and on the mark! It is always a pleasure to be served by people who knows what they are doing! I was so pleased Thank you!
