Poor service

On the 8th November I sent my Haval H2 to TWK Isuzu in Ermelo for 45km service, what a poor service they are offering, from the admin up to technicians, 1. They drove with in my car to drop me at my house, they don't have cartacy car. 2. I was not informed who was serving my car. 3. I was not informed whether my car was done, it was after 16hrs when I had to call and check if the car is ready, and when I asked them to pick me up, they told me they don't have drivers and the one who was available had already nocked off, they will bring the car in the next morning, I had to walk about 1.3 in the rain to pick my car. 4. Now I am experiencing problems with my car. - if there is small rain wipes are running from low to high speed, even though they are on low. - when turning inside air on, there is a terrible noise, even more when putting aircon on.

I am very disappointed about this, please rectify.
