On the 8th November I sent my Haval H2 to TWK Isuzu in Ermelo for 45km service, what a poor service they are offering, from the admin up to technicians, 1. They drove with in my car to drop me at my house, they don't have cartacy car. 2. I was not informed who was serving my car. 3. I was not informed whether my car was done, it was after 16hrs when I had to call and check if the car is ready, and when I asked them to pick me up, they told me they don't have drivers and the one who was available had already nocked off, they will bring the car in the next morning, I had to walk about 1.3 in the rain to pick my car. 4. Now I am experiencing problems with my car. - if there is small rain wipes are running from low to high speed, even though they are on low. - when turning inside air on, there is a terrible noise, even more when putting aircon on. I am very disappointed about this, please rectify.
On the 18 October someone went into my account and upgrade it to premium without my concern, I have phoned several times and all consultants keep saying they will work on my account and get back to me, until today no one has ever called me, however one lady helped me with cancellation, but till today she had never called me
Their Ref # ********** 105 and # ********** 228, it was 2017 October, when the broker from securefin by the name of Andile come to our company to do the presentation about discovery medical aid, then he explained about Vitality programme that discovery offers when intending to leave the healthy life, I got my self interest in the vitality program, however I wasn't going to be able to take vitality only I must also take the medical aid, and I risked by changing my medical aid to discovery with one aim of getting the benefits of vitality, I needed the apple watch for runners, I was told that when buying it and activating healthy gear, I will get 25% cash back and the other amount will be splitted into 12 months, and there after if I am achieving the weekly goals then I will get cash back every month provided I meet my weekly goals of the month. after all these I committed myself and bought the watch from Totalsport which cost me R5000, and I did get the cash back as promised, there after when I was enquiring about the monthly cash back I am told that that benefit is not yet activated yet it is there on their 2018 catalogue on pager 14, more over they first denied it until I called the broker who still says the benefit is there, and its does not specify the its still be launched, from the 1st of February 2018 they are telling me that they are still working on the case, the last communication I got from them was the email that was telling me that the benefit is not activated. I feel I have miss leaded and their catalogue is advertising something which is not working, more over I have forfeited my good benefits from my previous medical aid, and the only reason I decided to change over to Discovery medical aid was mainly for vitality programme hence I am a marathon runner, but now I find myself having to pay totalsport and get no cash back for devise booster benefit as per catalogue adverti*****t.
