Tyremart doesnt communicate

I arrived to have my car assessed and have brake pads done at 8am. They took about 1.5hrs to quote me. I gave the go ahead, and waited 2.5hrs as they said thats how long it would take. I walked 2km home, and returned, to wait ANOTHER hour, to be told they received the wrong part, and would now take another 2hrs to complete the car (making it 3.30pm) I again had to walk 2km home and have to walk 2km back making my walking distance 8km today. How I wish they'd communicated better. Their service has gone down since the old owners left. No more friendly greeting or water/coffee in the waiting rooms. Might have to re-think, as I was quoted 30% cheaper elsewhere.
