The manager is not nice
Ill give it a 2 star as the staff is super helpful and friendly. However the manager, Kallie, is so rude and passive aggressive to his team. It actually makes me so uncomfortable to go there.

Bad service
Danie Le Roux, salesman at Tyremart Worcester don't have any customer communication skills. He didn't want to assist me to fix my tyre because it's only R150 and too much of a hassle. Then he shouted at me to give the reference number. This all infront of his colleagues and other customers.

Bad service
Danie Le Roux, salesman at Tyremart Worcester don't have any customer communication skills. He didn't want to assist me to fix my tyre because it's only R150 and too much of a hassle. Then he shouted at me to give the reference number. This all infront of his colleagues and other customers.

Tyremart Worcester Outstanding Service
Tyremart Worcester came to my rescue yesterday after getting a huge nail in my tyre from a road side fuel stop about 20km past Worcester. Within 30 minutes of making the call for assistance, Anton sent Andre and his co-worker to my location there the removed my tyre and returned to their branch to carry out the repair (run-flat tyre). Within 1 hour, the repaired tyre was fitted back on my vehicle. Andre waited until I was driving again before leaving the location and even called me a few hours later to ensure I had safely arrived at my destination. Having just arrived back in the country after being away for 2 years, I was very nervous of my surroundings and they completely put me at ease. To me, this was a perfect display of Ubuntu. Thank you Tyremart Worcester!
