Ill give it a 2 star as the staff is super helpful and friendly. However the manager, Kallie, is so rude and passive aggressive to his team. It actually makes me so uncomfortable to go there.
I am so upset. I purchased a wedding band from NWJ and the diamonds keep falling out. One morning I wake up and a diamond is missing. I replace it, then another falls out. This is so upsetting because it is supposed to be something special but just keeps on giving me grief and sadness. Ive been trying to get help the last year. I have been phoning head office, waiting for feedback. Honestly worst service I have ever experienced.
I have been a very loyal customer to GHD for over 10 years. And every single time my GHD just stops working after 2 years when the warranty expires. I feel that this product is so expensive and to just stops working after two years is just unacceptable. I also emailed GHD after my last one broke and am still waiting for a response. Heartbroken by the quality and response as GHD has been like gold to me. But unfortunately the time has come to switch brands.
Very easy , quick and efficient service!! And they deliver the most beautiful flowers. I have been using netflorist every year for my mothers birthday and they never cease to dissapoint. I also ordered daisies ahead of time for a colleague and the delivered on time. Very happy
I bought a brand new laptop from them , an asus. I use it for work. It was a really expensive laptop and literally, the first time that i use the CD ROM thing it just breaks. And i take care of my stuff. So i send it back as it is still under warranty only to receive an email saying that it is user damage. But thats not all. The software for the HDMI stopped working, the earphone jack selectively works and they didnt even check that issue for me. The only response i get is "user damage, warranty void" I spent a lot of money on this laptop and expect service and also the laptop not to break. Very dissapoinned
