After three months and numerous promises of tyres to be delivered or refund, still nothing. I have logged a police case for Barden Tyres (Pty) Ltd. My next step is to also contact FNB and report the account number. I have already logged a report with SARS on VAT violations and will now add the police case number to my reference number.
