Tyson properties would benefit greatly to review their procedures as well as their client fulfillment standards. It is very low.
I would recommend that the rental agents learn about the industry, in that way when they are asked a question they do not take it as a personal attack and become defensive, rather develop the ability to focus on the situation at hand, learn to be solution orientated. More composure, less negative attitude, learn how to communicate in a professional manner.
Homeowners be very cautious to let (rent) your property through Tyson properties - I know of a number of people including myself who had mismanaged properties leading to a great loss of finances and damage to property while under their management.
I cannot say the same for their selling department which seems fairly more capable, communicative and professional.
