Advertised on wikideals as: Luxury Couples Spa Package at Dan Ne La Beauty Spa at The Quays, Century City! It is regrettable that Wikideals serves as the intermediary platform, and there appears to be a discrepancy between the advertised descriptions of some locations and their actual conditions. The condition of the premises was unacceptable; it was unclean, poorly lit, and disorganized, starkly contrasting with its portrayal in adverti*****t on wikideals. The service, advertised as 60 minutes in duration, was abruptly concluded in 35 minutes. Furthermore, the massage oil used was not an oil and had a similar consistency to wax and had a poor smell. The option of massage we picked was not available but advertised that it was available. The staff severely lacked professionalism and technique, the lady who performed the massage was rather aggressive and we had to keep pointing out that we are being hurt. Overall, the establishment failed to meet the standards of luxury, cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and structure, resulting in a distressing and disappointing experience. Wikideals has been notified. Let's hope they may put in a measure that helps the customer base receive better quality services or consequences for falsely advertised services.
I have used the Wikideals platform for years. However, in the last two years I have found that my confidence has been severely eroded by repeated instances of encountering adverti*****ts that grossly misrepresent the truth. Such deceptive practices not only tarnish the platform's reputation but also jeopardize consumer trust and loyalty. It is imperative to acknowledge that vendors are representing themselves in a false manner that is not merely ********* but also questions fair trading principles. The absence of stringent penalties and corrective actions against vendors by Wikideals who engage in such practices suggests a lack of due diligence and commitment to consumer protection on the part of Wikideals. Therefore, I strongly urge Wikideals to take immediate and decisive action to establish and enforce policies that rigorously combat false advertising. It has been reported by numerous customers that they have bought spa packages, hair treatments, etc that was presented as one thing on the Wikideals site and when the customer engaged with the service after the coupon was bought, ended up lacking in the services mentioned on the advertisment. The sad part of this is, there are no consequences To vendors rendering these misrepresented services and one is not able to get a refund. Wikideals platform should consider having proactive measures in this regard that will not only enhance the platform’s credibility but also ensure a fair and trustworthy environment for all users.
<div>This was a truly uncomfortable, unpleasant, creepy experience. The wikideals coupon purchased was for 60mins and they only gave us 35 min massages. The scheduled time slot was double booked, and the ladies wasted 20 mins trying to sort out the issue. The spa is positioned next to a busy road with heavy traffic so you only hear cars and noise - not conducive for relaxing. The music continuously went on and off. The lady who did my massage was highly inexperienced, she had no technique and did not know how to massage. The room was full of dust and hair. The “oil” used was waxy and thick making everything tacky and sticky. The massage choices offered was not available when we were there. It was a truly unpleasant and unprofessional experience. I will never recommend that anyone go there.</div>

Warning: unprofessional, lack of work ethic, poor communication skills. The furniture truck does not arrive on the day or time they commit to. The manager David - Has no interest to address challenges and will redirect your call. The manager Genevieve for logistics will say she will call you back and never does. Not one of the people I spoke to took accountability for not delivering on the day they said they would or for messing the client around, or for the lack of professionalism or communication. Entirely poor work standards, poor customer service, I would never recommend this moving company.
Tyson properties would benefit greatly to review their procedures as well as their client fulfillment standards. It is very low. I would recommend that the rental agents learn about the industry, in that way when they are asked a question they do not take it as a personal attack and become defensive, rather develop the ability to focus on the situation at hand, learn to be solution orientated. More composure, less negative attitude, learn how to communicate in a professional manner. Homeowners be very cautious to let (rent) your property through Tyson properties - I know of a number of people including myself who had mismanaged properties leading to a great loss of finances and damage to property while under their management. I cannot say the same for their selling department which seems fairly more capable, communicative and professional.

Firstly they need to look at why it is such a mission to call in- they tell you how many minutes before you get helped eg 9 minutes before you can speak to a consultant, you wait for more than an hour and your call does not get answered it just switches off. No matter how many times you book a ticket, it gets cancelled. There's a problem with their payment link that continuously says pending until it's just cancelled/ expired. There services honestly cause way too much frustration and hassle. I would NEVER recommend travel start to anyone. I would not want anyone to experience this frustrating and stressful service platform.
Atlantis home affairs in Cape Town is a rather odd, unprofessional and awful place. The staff tell people to come at 7am but they only start work between 8:45am and 9:15am. They start with a bad attitude and don’t inform clients where to stand, what the flow is and whats happening. I have observed this Four times already. People stand in long cues for more than 3 hours, elderly with disabilities , mothers with babies etc and no staff member comes out to inform you what to expect or what is happening and why we all waiting in long cues without them moving. Naturally people start to get frustrated and concerned with no communication from the staff and not knowing what to expect they start becoming rowdy and shouting. The Staff hide away in the offices and begin to close the gates and doors. Many people have travelled a far distance, with 2-3 transportation routes taxis and busses to come to this home affairs which is the nearest point for them to be treated very poorly by the staff. Recommendation: even if you are short staffed and have system issues - nothing stops you from coming out and communicating with people. Provide alternative dates and times, take numbers and tell people you will call them when to return. Your excuses are rather pathetic and boring. This is the 4th time I've come to this home affairs in an attempt to collect my ID - i have been trying since January 2022. I will never use it again and will absolutely tell those who are able to, to please go anywhere else but this place. People miss work on multiple occasions to be here and nothing comes of it. Its so sad and disappointing.
