Guys customer satisfaction needs improvement

My experience with the sales guy was poor when I enquired on my order delivery it kept changing.I gave him the benefit of the doubt although he was been stoppyy on the call when I enquired feedback.Delivery was done quite Kate eventually and the guys wanted to leave the couches in the foyer and leave.The reason I'm writing this review is the workmanship in that the day bed should be aligned but it is manufactured as skew ,very visible difference and the yellow cushions on my order was never delivered although promised to send this several times.The underneath leg has nails protruding out ,if you move the couche to have to pickup to avoid the surface damage.Service and workmanship poor and I have dealt with so many retailers and really disappointed in this short delivery and poor service.
