I logged a call with an agent in moving home and instructed the agent the my service must be terminated at my old address on the 1st and enabled at my new address on the first. I Have been following up daily since the past 7 days for update on the moving home installation and no feedback, on the 31th at midnight the old address got disconnected for wifi, today is the JAN no update on the installation at new apartment and tried requesting feedback, no update apartment from the same I will check and feedback. Can anyone advise a better service provider quick turn around time as this one id s****py!!!

I am a frequent flyer,we allowed digital copies if tickets but not allowed digital birthday certificate.I have never accounted this problem with other airlines.This is the first time,I am using airlink and very disappointed on how sticky they are.
My advice to all new car buyers always check on maintenance plan.A garage sells you a vehicle without explaining that it is crucial to book the service for your vehicle on the anniversary month regardless of not hitting the required mileage and if due to life and work commitment you late by a month ,your service that you pay as part of the package deal with a motor dealer is not supported by liquid capital.Maybe it is time we take a moment to enquire the authenticity of these service plans and if in fact dealers like Hyundai is in a hurry to sell vehicles without taking the customer through the mandatory requirements.I am peaved off by the service plan company and Hyundai and if I purchase another vehicle or swop my vehicle I will not want to use these service providers.
The service from the Gym Company on actioning a cancelation request since July 2023 for a contract no on use for almost is year is **********.I am looking fir contact details of the Director of this company.To the public out there please please do not join this Gym especially the Musgrave Branch.
Breach in delivery SLA Ordered items on 16 September, several follow up and no feedback on my delivery. E-commerce terms and conditions not met.Shein although an international company has faster lead time than Zando.Extremely poor service!!! Still awaiting feedback and if you cancel your order then they force you to buy by not returning the cancelling amount as cash back in your bank account.
If there was a zero this bank will inherit it I dropped an email to MFC dept to change my debit order date ,that was not auctioned.The debit order ran a day later and apparently my account is now is arrears for a date late as the administration of this was not done.I contacted MFC and spoke to Hope Ngubane whom confirmed that they charge arrears is the payment is a day late and not after 30 days protocol.How many clients out they know this.Can a bank say they gonna hand you over if you are a day late.Worst organization to give business to guys.The lady Hope unfortunately was not willing to assist me to change my debit order date so I dnt have a repeat of that next month.Now I am looking at who I can escalate the ****py service!!!!!

Musgrave Centre Gym Company extremely Poor Service from Andrea who heads up this branch.
Extremely Poor Service, asked to cancel my younger sons contract months ago and no feedback as this contract was not used over a year now when I stopped my debit order then they call.Requested several times for this company to share gym contract detail but they ignore email until they want money!!!
