I had a problem and did not pay my monthly installment
I had a problem and did not pay my monthly installment. People from the car track have been calling me but there's this one person who understood me, Siphesisihle Mfaxa. Wow what a lady very professional and patient.

-5 stars. How can you claim to work WITHIN the POPIA regulations, when your buying peoples contact numbers *******ly and phoning them? I DO NOT and HAVE NOT EVER selected marketing calls when applying online or giving my number our on Facebook. I leave my phone number online for items that I AM INTERESTED IN, when requesting call backs. NOT FOR ****MERS LIKE YOU TO TAKE IT AND TRY MAKE A SALE OUT OF IT!

I received a call from Nokukanya from USorted Wills and Testaments who offered me services to do my will. After having spoken to her, she referred me to her supervisor, Shanolia (not sure of spelling but I have the recording) who wanted to confirm an appointment date and time to discuss my will details. I am DISGUSTED THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE AFTER THE RACIAL APARTHEID YEARS IN SOUTH AFRICA, I ENCOUNTERED, YOUR STAFF MEMBER SHANOLIA, ACTING WITH RACIAL TENDENCIES AND ALSO ACTING ON BEHALF OF CAPITAL LEGACY. I FIND THIS AN UTTER DISCGRACE AND THAT YOUR INSTITUTION WILL BE REPORTED TO THE HUMAN RIGHTSCOMMISSION FOR THIS DISTASTEFUL CONDUCT. WHAT A SHAME

I got a call from one of your agents this morning, when i put the phone down, i just received another call. You damn agentt thought it good to bombard me with calls and meanwhile my client could not get hold of me. HOW DID YOU OBTAIN MY NUMBER. YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO NOTIFY ME BEFORE I GOT TO THE INFORMATION REGULATOR TO FORCE YOU TO RELEASE THE SOURCE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR CALLS. I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO YOUR SERVICES AND WILL ALSO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USING YOUR SERVICES.
