When FNB Life permanent disability fully discriminate when you have a mental disorder. I understand if there is a whole list of exclusions. But apparently an idiot speeding through a red light leaving you permanently disabled did it because you're bipolar. When there is a home invasion leaving you permanently disabled they did it because you're bipolar. When every day life in South Africa can leave you permanently disabled, then they should cancel everyone's cover.

Uber has no reason to exist
Typical ****ing uber. Driver rides down EVERY street except where the pin drop says. The excuse? "My phone doesn't work". How are you still open when no one trusts you and your cars are complete ****.

At this point I honestly have no idea what to say anymore... It's not takealot (more of your money) It's this driver, with an attitude that never dies. Has always called me the next afternoon to hear If I'm still happy... Not his job, but unlike 99.999% of this country he shows what customer service should be. Let's make this man famous!!!

NEVER take out any policy with these ******** negligent ****s! Moved my retirement annuity to a better company and they seriously said my savings pot is a withdrawal, with PAYE deduction and now showing as a withdrawal on my SARS causing in a MUCH less payout.

Refuse to acknowledge cancelation request
Don't EVER take out a policy with them. Client for over 10 years and now that I gave them the 31 day cancelation notice they refuse to acknowledge it.
