I have been being double charged on orders I have made with ubereats previously. Their support desk has always said it is a temporary authorization hold and it will be removed within hours of delivery. However, this has never happened. I have tried to query them before and and contacted them via Facebook accounts or pages, nobody has assisted me. They just keep on double charging me for a single order and never return the extra amount into my bank account. I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED YET AGAIN THIS MONTH. I EVEN REGRET WHY DID I USE THIS APP AGAIN KNOWING THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
