I have just spoken to one of your consultants by the name of Siphokazi and I had the worst experience ever!!! 1. I phoned in to pay my dstv as I am having issues in using your self service platform. I asked her to run ad-hoc debit on my account of which she confirmed that my account was already paid an amount of R500 something yesterday. I hardly believe that. 2. There was so much noise in the background and I have asked her several times to tell her colleagues that they are making noise as I was struggling to hear her and she was struggling to hear me when I spoke. She did try, however. They didn't listen to her. 3. She mentioned to me that it is her team leaders who are so loud since they are having a meeting about their agents. - I asked her is this how they conduct themselves in the office??? By being unprofessional and loud??? This is pathetic and disgusting for seniors to conduct themselves in that manner. Lastly, when I asked for the team leaders name, she said it is Bulelani Nqwelo. I asked for their OM and said they are unavailable and then she surprised me by transferring my call to switchboard without resolving my query and notifying me about the transfer. This is disgusting, pathetic and an unprofessional conduct Multichoice has. Furthermore, I want that lady and her superior to contact me and assist me accordingly. Furthermore, I demand an apology for such pathetic service that I pay for every month and reverse the R50 reconnection I was enquiring about from Siphokazi of which she sounded as someone who is completely clueless about the system. I have been being double charged on orders I have made with ubereats previously. Their support desk has always said it is a temporary authorization hold and it will be removed within hours of delivery. However, this has never happened. I have tried to query them before and and contacted them via Facebook accounts or pages, nobody has assisted me. They just keep on double charging me for a single order and never return the extra amount into my bank account. I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED YET AGAIN THIS MONTH. I EVEN REGRET WHY DID I USE THIS APP AGAIN KNOWING THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
