3 months late on the delivery of my order... and still no sight!

*I ordered a book in September via Amazon. *It had a scheduled delivery date within September. *As a Christmas gift, it still has not arrived in December and I am told my Amazon, that it is stock issues. *However, whenever I check the item on Amazon, it is available from Ubuntu Books and they offer 4 different options for the book. Whenever I check, the date continues to move forward.

How can you offer a book for purchase, if you know you have stock issues!? And 3 months+ for my delivery!?

The reviews on Amazon confirm the poor service received from this "𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙧"! SHAMEFUL!
