*I ordered a book in September via Amazon. *It had a scheduled delivery date within September. *As a Christmas gift, it still has not arrived in December and I am told my Amazon, that it is stock issues. *However, whenever I check the item on Amazon, it is available from Ubuntu Books and they offer 4 different options for the book. Whenever I check, the date continues to move forward. How can you offer a book for purchase, if you know you have stock issues!? And 3 months+ for my delivery!? The reviews on Amazon confirm the poor service received from this "𝙏𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘽𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙧"! SHAMEFUL!
I 100% endorse Soly as the installer you should use for installing any of your electricity supply backup and/or solar needs! The process was seamless, fast and professional- from the initial consultation, digital property survey, proposal, engagement with the head of installation, day of installation and post-installation consultation. And 'what you see is what you' get... and reasonably & comparably priced for excellent equipment & service- they didn't suggest something bigger and/or more expensive when it wasn't needed, proposed equipment that was 'best of breed', but still priced competitively or even better, and made recommendations where it was needed. It took this 'formula 1 pit crew' under 4 hours to complete the installation of 8 solar panels, 2 batteries and 8kVA inverter! And they didn't leave until I understood everything about my installation, how it was optimised, what's still to be done (i.e. the certification of the installation, which they do) and how the app (which tells me EVERYTHING!) works. I even had drone footage of my roof, and this was loaded onto the app! And my garage was 'neat & tidy' before driving off. I was also left with EVERYONE'S contact details... and told that I can contact them anytime if anything is unclear or needed. Their years of experience shows, and it is clear that this company is a leader in their market! THANK YOU Bas, Georges and JP & his installation team! THIS is what excellent service looks like! 10 stars!

A service I have NEVER had to use, and God forbid ever have to. A service I have paid for since it was first advertised (with the support of a Carte Blanche anchor) more than 20 years ago. Triple-billed in a month, and there have been similar complaints from others (I wonder how many times this has happened? What if I hadn't picked this up?). First notified them of the above on SECOND DECEMBER LASY YEAR! They acknowledged on the 4th. I followed up numerous times as I hadn't heard anything on the, until NINTH JANUARY! Indicated that THEIR OFFICES ARE CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON! Followed up again on the SEVENTEENTH... they indicated they would call me (I have NEVER received a call from them before or since this!) On the TWENTY-SECOND, they indicated it would take TWENTY WORKING DAYS to reimburse me! COUNTLESS emails back and forth since, with promises that I would be contacted and/or reimbursed. I have STILL not received any reimbur*****t (though they continue to debit my account)! If there are so 'sloppy', what would happen if I ever DID need their services! I shudder to think!
Sick to death of Clientele phoning me as a client of Clientele Legal trying to offer me products for their other departments ("you've been selected for a Savings Account"). Even if my signing-up for Clientele Legal gave them the right to do this (I can't think so!), I have asked them to remove me... on every call I have with them... which is sometimes TWICE EVERY DAY! Plus the agents just hang up on me if I try to complain! So you don't have to do something about it... is that it!? Disgusting!!! And whenever their calls come through, I have to say "hello... hello" for about 5 seconds before their rubbish call centre system connects... at least I know it's them then! Not that they're a company that doesn't respond either... probably because they'll have to start an entire 'complaints response business' if they did! Plus the first and only time after having this policy for an age, they couldn't help me as what I wanted from them was an 'exclusion from the plan'! Underhanded advertising! I plan to call them directly now to cancel my plan if they keep phoning me!
I see many reviews re. customers being charged for a content service/WASP called GameMine that they NEVER subscribed to. These I found easily enough after Google'ng for it after checking my bill after receiving an SMS saying that I was subscribed to content services. Checking my bill, the subscription stood at just over R10. I then used the SMS link to manage my content services... cancelled GameMine. Checked again and it confirmed it was off. Received an SMS from gmhelp.cc (how dodge!?). Then went to check my bill again... R20+ after cancelling!? Sounds like auto-added content/WASP service rife in industry reports, no!?
