Great product excellent service
My review that I want to load onto both Hello Peter and Google is below. Choosing a solar company can be overwhelming, but going with Soly was the best decision we made. From the very first phone call to the final installation, their team was incredibly professional and friendly. They made the entire process so easy and transparent, and the installers were quick and did a fantastic job of keeping the area clean. We chose the Sungrow system, and it has been an absolute game-changer. The inverter is whisper-quiet, and the monitoring app makes it so simple to see how much energy we're generating. It's an advanced and powerful system that works perfectly, just as they said it would. I can't recommend the team at Soly and the Sungrow system enough. If you're looking for a top-quality solar solution with a company that truly cares about its customers, this is the unbeatable combination.

Great product excellent service

POOR AFTERMARKET SUPPORT FOR SOLAR INSTALLATION
We had a solar installation done by Soly and have since made several requests during the past 3 months for them to come and connect our backup generator, but we have yet to receive any feedback. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or assistance from their team. The after-sales service is extremely poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support after installation. The quality of the installation team was very poor and untidy, whilst they broke some of the items during installation. If you're considering using this company, be aware that their customer service and follow-up are seriously lacking. Hoping they will improve their service and start valuing their existing customers as much as they do new ones.

The after-sales service is extremely poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable support after installation. The quality of the installation team was very poor and untidy, whilst they broke some of the items during installation. If you're considering using this company, be aware that their customer service and follow-up are seriously lacking. Hoping they will improve their service and start valuing their existing customers as much as they do new ones.

I 100% endorse Soly as the installer you should use for installing any of your electricity supply backup and/or solar needs! The process was seamless, fast and professional- from the initial consultation, digital property survey, proposal, engagement with the head of installation, day of installation and post-installation consultation. And 'what you see is what you' get... and reasonably & comparably priced for excellent equipment & service- they didn't suggest something bigger and/or more expensive when it wasn't needed, proposed equipment that was 'best of breed', but still priced competitively or even better, and made recommendations where it was needed. It took this 'formula 1 pit crew' under 4 hours to complete the installation of 8 solar panels, 2 batteries and 8kVA inverter! And they didn't leave until I understood everything about my installation, how it was optimised, what's still to be done (i.e. the certification of the installation, which they do) and how the app (which tells me EVERYTHING!) works. I even had drone footage of my roof, and this was loaded onto the app! And my garage was 'neat & tidy' before driving off. I was also left with EVERYONE'S contact details... and told that I can contact them anytime if anything is unclear or needed. Their years of experience shows, and it is clear that this company is a leader in their market! THANK YOU Bas, Georges and JP & his installation team! THIS is what excellent service looks like! 10 stars!

Excellent Solar Company
This is a proper solar company. From the initial online consultation to determine the needs and placing of the panels to the on site visit by Georges to the installation, everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. The entire installation was completed in 1 day with Georges and his team working like a very well oiled machine. The installation is very neat and the site was left very tidy. Georges stayed right up until commissioning around 6.30 in the evening and ran through all the settings and parameters with me to make sure I understood the app and settings for maximum solar generation and minimum reliance on the grid. Thank you to everyone at Soly and especially Georges. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Soly.

Excellent Solar Company
