Can't get money out
My issue with Ubuntu is getting money out. I've been dealing with them since June. I received one payment in August. They are quick to say "trust us, take a loan and deposit money to us, we'll give you back the loan amount in 2 weeks". It's a month past the promised date, I'm already paying instalments on the loan, and I can't get an answer from anyone on when the money will be paid back. I keep getting told "your account manager will give you feedback". The last I heard from them was 8 September when he asked me to cancel my withdrawal request, knowing I needed to get the money back urgently.

I have received one withdrawal and all forms were requested abd supplied for that withdrawal. There are no outstanding docs that I'm aware of. I've also had no feedback from anyone at Ubuntu. Radio silence. It's now 3 weeks since I requested the withdrawal and I still haven't had any feedback.

Don't trust them. They're all friendly and make promises that sound good, but you don't get your money back.
A process that they say will take a week is now 3 weeks gone, and I'm getting no replies from them via email, or on their WhatsApp line.. I've called in, and I get told that I will be given feedback and to be patient.
