15 Sept 2023, 05:38After the posting of this complaint, the Admin finally emailed me the Invoice (hand written) and noted that it was correct and that I must remove my statement off Hello Peter as the amount charged was correct.
I responded politely thank you for the clarification, that I will then alter / response on my Hello Peter review (with this reply) that the amount was correct but the main issue still that after 2 weeks of requesting the invoice / clarity, only after a public complaint came to light that there was response.
I have requested now from the Company to send me the invoice and banking details as the amount was reversed. So far no response. Will see what transpires.
